At Pazcare, I helped build an internal analytics dashboard that cut full onboarding turnaround from 35 to 22 days in one quarter.
I improved insurer data handoff quality, reducing e-card mapping time from 13.7 to 4 days and dashboard creation time from 10.8 to 5.2 days. I also launched a daily cross-team visibility mechanism for Sales and CSM.
I initiated a self-serve reporting layer for onboarding, sales, and placement analytics, and launched an onboarding CSAT program. Feedback from the program helped identify and address key drivers of dissatisfaction.
At Blinkit, I coordinated inventory operations for dark stores handling 6000+ SKUs and monitored high-value gold and silver coin inventory. I also applied correlation and linear regression analysis using RStudio during a data analytics internship at IIM Lucknow.
