What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own operational workflows and reporting, use Excel/SQL/Python for data-driven insights, and coordinate stakeholders. I want to work in compliance-aware environments like fintech while continuously improving processes.

I’m an IT graduate with cross-functional experience spanning business operations, project management, and data analysis across fintech and startup environments. I’m known for managing operational workflows end-to-end while deriving insights from data to improve execution and reporting.

In my Operations Intern role at Amplio Invest, I managed operational workflows across INR 107+ Cr in invoice discounting transactions—overseeing deal tracking, documentation review, reconciliation, and investor reporting. I built and maintained PAN-India distributor MIS, reconciliation trackers, and reporting datasets to keep records accurate and audit-ready.

I focus on turning operational data into action: I analyzed datasets to surface trends, investigate discrepancies, and perform root-cause analysis. Through data quality improvements, I reduced reporting errors and partnered with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to meet compliance requirements.

I also strengthened my project execution muscle by building performance dashboards across 5+ concurrent projects and coordinating 10+ contributors as a Project Management Intern. Earlier, I delivered ML work using Python, pandas, and scikit-learn—cleaning data, performing EDA and feature engineering, and evaluating models with precision, recall, and accuracy. I bring that same ownership and structured problem-solving mindset to every stakeholder and deliverable.
