What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an operations leadership role where I can combine automation and data analytics to optimize logistics, reduce NVAs, and deliver dashboards/tools that improve SLA adherence and measurable KPIs through continuous process improvement.

I’m a detail-oriented, innovation-driven Operations expert with experience in automation, data analytics, and process optimization. I’ve focused on streamlining logistics workflows, reducing NVAs, and building tools and dashboards that drive measurable operational performance.

In my current Manager-I role, I lead daily & weekly consolidation plans, manage inventory flow optimization, and maintain Pristine Inventory Model metrics to ensure operational excellence. I also improved the PIM score from 68% to 87% in Jan’26.

Previously at Flipkart/Instakart, I developed a Smart Rostering System and automated key operations using Automa and scripting, including Regularisation Approver, HHD Picking Application, and an Asset Tracker Tool. I built real-time shipment dashboards and auto-mailing systems to improve visibility and SLA adherence, and I’ve delivered ML-driven automation through orphan shipment reconciliation that reduced short shipments by 35%.
