At ZHPL, I lead temperature-quality and supply-chain programs across Blinkit’s frozen warehouse network, turning root-cause diagnosis, SOPs, and site adoption into measurable operational gains.
I improved average chamber temperature from -17°C to -19°C across 40+ warehouses and led a remote monitoring rollout with three hardware vendors, five OEMs, and engineering teams. Live temperature and door-sensor data now supports weekly site reviews and monthly leadership updates.
For Bistro Frozen Supply Chain, I improved on-time delivery from 20% to 85%, reduced workforce and last-mile costs by 10%, and maintained debit notes below 0.1% and picking shortfall at 0.01% of outbound value. I’ve also onboarded three 3PL partners for new warehouse launches and led a team of 11 on site launches.
Earlier, I scoped a ₹4 Cr+ customised reefer-fleet initiative and built a frozen-delivery-bag POC that reduced in-transit temperature loss by 35%. My background also includes UX/UI design and user research for the National Hydrology Project, along with four years of UPSC preparation that strengthened my policy, governance, research, and analytical writing skills.
