What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in HR business partnering, learning and development, and HR analytics, contributing to workforce capability, employee engagement, and data-informed organizational improvement.

At Exicom Telesystems, I partner with manufacturing leadership on engagement, retention, capability, and workforce planning initiatives tied to plant productivity.

I've co-developed an enterprise competency framework, delivered 100+ targeted learning interventions, and built Power BI and Excel dashboards tracking training ROI, attrition, and workforce performance. I also conducted Time & Motion studies to improve manpower allocation and headcount planning.

Previously at Yum! Restaurants India, I established training audit mechanisms, evaluated HR data to identify workflow bottlenecks, and supported cross-functional HR analytics and compliance reporting. I'm especially interested in human behavior, psychology, sustainability, and building effective employee experiences.
