I'm looking to lead learning, capability development, and HRBP initiatives that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership capability, onboarding, and scalable organizational growth.

I've led learning, capability development, and HRBP initiatives at Homesfy, Teleperformance, Tech Mahindra, and Wipro, supporting growth, workforce readiness, and employee engagement across telecom, hospitality, tourism, and real estate.

At Teleperformance, I drove onboarding for 210+ weekly hires supporting Airbnb’s APAC and North America operations and supervised a 48-member training team. At Tech Mahindra, I implemented LMS initiatives impacting 2,500+ employees, built e-learning with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate, and supported business continuity learning deployment for Philippines operations during COVID-19.
