I am a tourism and guest-services professional with a Bus (Hons) in Tourism Management from Limkokwing University and hands-on hospitality experience. I specialize in front-desk, reservations and guest welcome operations gained during an internship at Chobe Safari Lodge.

I have worked as a secretary at Moscat Agencies where I handled typing, scanning, laminating and taught clients basic computer skills. I also founded TU-NYC SERVICES, providing secretarial services including typing, faxing, printing and registrations, demonstrating initiative and entrepreneurship.

My core strengths include computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), presentation and telephone etiquette, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure. I apply leadership, risk-management awareness and a results-driven approach to daily tasks.
