I'm looking to deliver secure, reliable Microsoft, Azure, cloud, and network infrastructure in a collaborative environment that values customer service, continuous improvement, and complex multi-site technical work.

I've supported 180+ UK branches and 4,000+ endpoints at BDR Group, delivering 2nd Line support across Microsoft 365, Azure, identity, networking, endpoint security, and cloud services.

I played a key role in migrating 187 branch offices from on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based services, supporting planning, deployment, validation, and post-migration operations while minimising disruption. I manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure, Fortinet, Sophos, Windows Server, and SLA-driven service requests.

Previously at Kura South Africa, I managed servers, storage, switching, routing, WAN, LAN, VPN, security policies, virtualisation, backup, and infrastructure solution design.

Across RecycleX, SIMS Metal Management, and Chicks Scrap Metals, I've delivered hands-on IT management, server and network support, inter-branch connectivity, VoIP, access control, data backup, and user access administration. I'm focused on dependable infrastructure, strong security, practical troubleshooting, and exceptional customer service.

Delivered 2nd Line technical support to IBMG, providing remote support across 180+ UK branches and an estate of 4,000+ endpoints within a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. Administered and supported the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
