I'm seeking a full-time remote role on a global IT team providing Tier-3 infrastructure, cloud and network support, driving security and backup best practices, and mentoring junior engineers.

I am an experienced and certified IT Infrastructure & Network Engineer with over 10 years' expertise across cloud systems, virtual environments, security, backups, and enterprise network operations.

I deliver Tier‑3 support, infrastructure design and proactive solutions for MSPs, NGOs and corporate environments, administering Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Veeam and virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper‑V. I configure and manage firewalls, routing, VLANs and VPNs using Fortinet, Meraki and Cisco while overseeing backups, storage and server management.

I hold certifications including MCSE, MCSA and MS100 and consistently improve operational resilience through security audits, BYOD governance and vendor coordination. I'm seeking a full‑time remote role on a global IT team where I can continue delivering reliable, secure infrastructure and mentor junior staff.
