I’m looking for a role where I can lead customer adoption and retention—using executive QBRs, customer health analytics, and cross-functional collaboration—to drive measurable expansion and long-term customer success.

I’m a Customer Success Manager with experience leading enterprise onboarding, platform adoption, and long-term customer growth across SaaS technology and corporate environments. I translate customer objectives into actionable strategies through consultative communication, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

At The Home Depot, I lead customer experience and operational performance, including executive relationship management and business reviews that support retention, loyalty, and measurable results. I’ve also managed P&L responsibilities and led teams to deliver operational excellence while strengthening customer-focused execution.

Previously at GotSport, I managed a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers through onboarding, adoption, customer health monitoring, renewal planning, and long-term account growth. I coordinated executive kickoffs, go-live readiness, training, and QBRs, and partnered with Product, Engineering, and customer IT to resolve implementation blockers and ensure successful enterprise activations.
