What I'm looking for

I’m open to customer success or account management roles where I can own the full client lifecycle and work closely with enterprise customers. I enjoy roles that combine relationship building, problem solving, and revenue growth, especially where I can be hands-on and make a clear impact.


I work with enterprise SaaS customers to drive retention and growth across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. I’ve owned portfolios up to $4.5M ARR and delivered 123% net revenue retention by ensuring customers actually get value from the platform.

A lot of my work sits in that space between strategy and execution. I partner with senior stakeholders on long-term goals such as hiring outcomes, efficiency, and employee experience, but I’m just as comfortable getting into the weeds when something isn’t working. Whether it’s fixing an adoption gap, aligning internal teams, or working through a messy rollout, I like being the person who helps move things forward.

Across roles at HireVue, PageUp, Espresa, and Relode, I’ve managed multi-million-dollar portfolios and led initiatives ranging from onboarding and implementation to executive business reviews and expansion strategy. I’ve also spent a lot of time meeting clients onsite. There’s a different level of trust that comes from being in the room, and I’ve seen how much faster alignment happens when you build relationships that way.
