I'm looking to lead operations, improve processes, and build scalable client systems for a remote, collaborative team where clear communication and practical problem-solving matter.

At The Confident Collab, I manage daily operations, projects, and client communications for a creative marketing agency. I built automated onboarding and intake pipelines with Zapier and integrated tools, helping the team double client capacity without adding headcount.
