I’m an operations professional with 5+ years of experience managing daily operations, building SOPs from scratch, and driving efficiency across high-pressure organizations. I bring structure to complex environments—whether I’m creating operational playbooks, automating manual processes, or coordinating cross-functional teams.

Currently, I run daily operations for a U.S.-based investment network, coordinating across trading, treasury, finance, and compliance functions for a 40+ member team. I manage capacity planning across 20+ concurrent initiatives, developed and implemented operational policies, SOPs, and playbooks from scratch, and built an AI-powered daily briefing pipeline that converts high-volume communications into structured, actionable summaries.

My background also sits at the intersection of operations, legal, and technology. Previously, I managed operations at the Constitutional Court of South Africa for nearly four years, supporting a Justice with workload management, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder communications under zero-defect standards—producing decision-ready briefings and implementing a structured filing and retrieval system.

I also build AI-powered automation tools, including a production platform for legal professionals (LexFlow) and compliance pipelines for KYC/AML workflows. From workflow automation with n8n and custom API integrations to audit-ready logging, I focus on scalable systems, transparency through documentation, and adoption without dependency on the original builder.
