I’m a legal operations-minded professional with over four years running legal, compliance and contract operations inside a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional technology company spanning the UK, EU, USA and Africa. I own the full contract lifecycle end-to-end—drafting, negotiation, execution, tracking, renewal and version control.

I built the playbooks, repositories, compliance dashboards and reporting habits that keep a lean legal function running without friction. I keep everything auditable by maintaining a central contract repository and a version-controlled template library, and by proactively flagging licensing and contractual milestones.

I combine operational execution with regulatory/KYC compliance work, policy drafting, external counsel coordination and confidential board-level support. I’m quick to translate legal and regulatory complexity into clear, actionable systems for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

I use AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, Obsidian and Copilot daily to speed up drafting, review, research and reporting, and I’m comfortable learning and configuring new legal-tech and workflow platforms without formal onboarding. I also contribute hands-on when needed—triaging requests, coordinating across time zones, and maintaining accurate, audit-ready compliance records.
