At Oklahoma Military Department, I manage the Educational Assistance Program, administering its policies and day-to-day operations and monitoring Oklahoma National Guard members’ eligibility. I also coordinate policy changes with the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education.
As an IPPS-A Human Resource Analyst, I identified and corrected data discrepancies across automated HR and pay systems, helped maintain operating procedures, and supported user training. I also reviewed accession packets and documents before processing.
Earlier, I served as Chief Human Resource Officer at Great Salt Plains Health Center and Human Resource Manager at Aircraft Structures International Corporation. My work included recruiting and staffing, employee relations, benefits administration, and employment compliance.
