At OCEAN FIRST HOLDINGS, I direct enterprise operations and finances for seven affiliates. I transformed financial operations across the affiliates by integrating billing, software, accounting, and other systems to improve visibility and decision-making.
I led a $7M+ hospitality project from concept to launch, coordinating infrastructure, technology, contractors, and vendors. I also built performance scorecards and standardized workflows, controls, procedures, and reporting across multiple entities.
At FULL SPECTRUM BUILDING & SERVICES, I founded and scaled two businesses from the ground up to $15M in annual revenue. I launched the state’s first subscription-based property service, developing the delivery model and processes that facilitated $250K+ in recurring annual revenue.
Earlier, at State Farm Insurance, I served as Director of Management Planning and Information and advised on financial, operational, regulatory, and risk matters. At Green Mining International, I supported large-scale mining and infrastructure operations, managing cost accounting, financial controls, procurement, logistics, and administrative operations for an international business.
