I’m a strategic e-commerce category management leader who owns large-scale P&Ls and turns market, customer, supplier, and financial insights into executive-level plans. I’ve driven revenue growth, margin improvement, assortment expansion, and customer experience outcomes across complex retail categories, including global category execution and supplier strategy.

In my current roles, I’ve owned a $400M+ Plumbing business, a $150M+ Hardware business, and a $220M+ Seasonal Lighting portfolio—building 12–36 month category plans, strengthening supplier relationships, and identifying structural margin opportunities across selection logic, rebate processes, and availability/profitability tradeoffs. I also leverage customer experience analytics (e.g., Buyer’s Remorse, Incidence, Return Rate) to optimize friction points in assortment and operational execution, while leading cross-functional teams and coaching direct reports to deliver results.
