What I'm looking for

I’m interested in customer success, SaaS onboarding, product support and technology-enabled business solutions. I’m available for international remote opportunities with flexible hours, including UK/EMEA and U.S. Eastern schedules.

At Home of Living Brands, I support customers with product, order and service enquiries, process orders in Sage X3 ERP, and follow through to resolve issues.

I coordinate with sales and stock teams to address order, inventory and delivery discrepancies. I also handle invoicing and delivery documentation, including PODs.

I support sales and distribution for electrical and TV accessory products, maintain customer relationships and contribute to monthly sales targets. I’ve consistently achieved monthly sales targets while maintaining customer service and account follow-through.

At Tripod Carriers, I coordinated delivery schedules and routes across Gauteng, using Pulsit fleet tracking software to monitor vehicle movements. I maintained delivery and fleet records and helped resolve transport issues between drivers, management and customers.
