I've supported healthcare providers across pharmaceutical and medical product portfolios, managing clinical questions, service issues, and account relationships for Eden UK Pharmaceutical Company and Ncure Healthcare in Nigeria.

At Eden UK, I managed more than 300 hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals across three territories while representing 42 pharmaceutical product lines. I translated product indications, benefits, and clinical data into practical guidance for physicians, pharmacists, and clinical staff.

I've also developed 45 healthcare accounts from outreach through onboarding, delivered structured clinical education sessions, and taught Biology to secondary-level students. I bring a Biology Education degree, remote administrative experience, and a clear, patient approach to customer success, support, and onboarding in health technology, telehealth, or medical devices.
