I've supported HR operations and employee data management at Alight Solutions, including benefits, retirement, payroll-related processes, employee lifecycle transactions, and enterprise HR systems. For Boeing, I processed demographic and salary-related employee changes while protecting confidential information and maintaining data accuracy.

I use Workday and ServiceNow to research employee information, investigate discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and support new hires, benefit enrollments, life events, terminations, COBRA, retirement, pension activity, and survivor benefits.
