I’m looking for a role where I can own accurate, audit-ready documentation; streamline SOPs and workflows; and support distributed teams with clear communication and process improvement—while collaborating across operations, HR, and customer needs.

I’m an operations and compliance professional with 10+ years of experience supporting distributed teams through digital documentation management, HR administration, customer service, and process improvement. I’m known for accuracy, clear written communication, and keeping administrative operations consistent, organized, and compliant.

In my current role as an Operations & Compliance Administrator, I prepare and maintain detailed digital reports, logs, and documentation supporting operations, HR, and compliance. I manage cloud-based and physical filing systems to ensure accuracy, version control, and audit readiness, and I draft SOPs, memos, and HR documents that improve clarity across remote and onsite teams.

I coordinate schedules, virtual meetings, and cross-department communication to keep daily operations running smoothly. I also process invoices, track expenses, and support account reconciliation, while responding to internal and external inquiries through email, phone, and digital platforms with professionalism.

Previously, I built strong customer and revenue support experience as an Administrative & Sales Specialist and strengthened financial accuracy as a Collections Specialist and Administrative & Customer Support Specialist. I bring a problem-solving mindset, independent task prioritization, and reliable workflow execution—especially across email, shared drives, and cloud-based platforms.
