At Groupon (Continuous Improvement Manager), I designed and launched solutions from scratch, including a real-time partner performance early-warning system that saved $42,000 in refunds in Q3 2024. I owned end-to-end rollouts like the Deal Creation Tool, driving US adoption from ~14% to 89%, and built adoption tooling (dashboards, trackers) used by leadership for weekly coaching and strategic planning. I also authored SOPs and decision trees that standardised triage and improved consistency across teams.

Previously at Bolt Food, I built and led a partner operations function for Bolt Food CZ, onboarding 2,000+ restaurant partners with a median time of 2 days and driving 1,000,000+ active online hours through activation programmes. I led DAC7 EU compliance transformation and piloted AI for operations (Midjourney) to remove bottlenecks. Alongside my full-time work, I independently built and launched Seraphina.cz, a live AI-powered e-commerce platform with automated content pipelines on a cloud-native stack—entirely solo.
