I've built, scaled, and stabilized commercial and operational functions across growth-stage and international businesses for more than 10 years. My work spans sales, logistics, systems, customer care, and team leadership.

At LABA Group, I led commercial execution for education and professional training products, built a KPI-driven sales organization of 10+ representatives, and owned pipeline management, forecasting, and high-value B2B negotiations. I completed the agreed commercial leadership mandate while working closely with marketing and product on go-to-market execution.

At Vivense Czech Republic, I held P&L-adjacent ownership across first-mile and last-mile logistics, warehousing, and customer care, leading seasonal teams of 20–40+ people through multiple-x order growth. I managed operational risk across customs, payments, IT systems, and vendors while supporting partnerships, sub-franchise strategy, market expansion, and investor reporting.

I've also co-founded and operated businesses, including Explorata Invest (JazyGo!), where I built a B2B language-training business from zero to recurring corporate revenue, and IshopEurope, an international dropshipping business. I bring a founder-level bias toward execution, accountability, data-driven decisions, and solving ambiguous problems end to end.
