I've supported visa application transit as a VFS Implant, processing passport shipments, handling client enquiries, entering shipment data, supervising daily operations, and producing daily reports. Previously, as an Experience Center Agent, I served as the first point of contact for customers, processed dispatch information, resolved escalations, and banked daily transaction cash.
