What I'm looking for

I want an entry-level IT role where I can apply hands-on help desk and hardware skills, grow through certifications, and join a collaborative team that supports professional development and clear advancement paths.

I am a Fall 2024 Computer Information Systems graduate with hands-on experience in help desk, hardware repair, and basic network support. I have worked remotely as an evaluator for digital safety and AI data labeling, and have practical experience troubleshooting operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac), device repair, and active directory administration from coursework and technical simulations.

I am pursuing Microsoft Learn, CompTIA A+, and Network+ certifications to deepen my IT knowledge and am motivated, adaptable, and ready to contribute to a tech team. My strengths include strong problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail demonstrated in high-volume remote evaluation roles.
