I am an IT specialist with three years of customer service experience, equipped with solid knowledge in computer hardware and software. My journey began with a strong educational foundation, including a Google IT Support Professional Certificate and a Financial Literacy Certification. I am passionate about leveraging my skills to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain existing systems effectively.

During my time as a Tech Fundamentals Student at NPower, I participated in a rigorous training program for CompTIA’s A+ certification. This experience allowed me to gain hands-on knowledge in troubleshooting mobile devices, printers, and critical computer hardware. I also developed skills in virtualization and networking, which further enhanced my technical capabilities.

In addition to my technical expertise, I have a proven track record in customer service roles, where I assisted numerous customers daily, ensuring their needs were met efficiently.
