What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a fully remote administrative or customer service role focused on online client communication, email or phone support, data processing, and general administrative duties.

At Debtbusters, I develop client payment plans and process DebiCheck mandates, handling 3,865 mandates with a 46% approval conversion rate.

I guide clients through approvals, work with credit providers to allocate suspended funds correctly, and resolved 493 suspensions with completion ratios of 90–96%. I also resolved 2,982 onboarding queries by diagnosing account issues, communicating with stakeholders, and monitoring monthly allocations.

Previously, I provided budgeting, debt consolidation, and financial planning support at Debtbusters. I reviewed credit reports, negotiated with credit providers, and created customised payment schedules to improve clients’ financial outcomes.
