I’m a highly motivated, results-driven Payment Specialist with experience in customer service, outbound calling, and payment negotiation across UK and South African markets. I handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls daily while keeping customer concerns at the center of every interaction.

At WNS Global Services (British Gas – UK Campaign), I assisted customers with gas and electricity account payments, negotiated payment plans, and secured commitments to prevent service disconnections. I confidently handled objections and difficult financial situations, maintaining compliance with UK regulations and internal quality standards while meeting and exceeding daily performance KPIs.

Previously, as a Collection Consultant at a Debt Management Company (DMC), I contacted customers with overdue accounts, explained credit profile impact, and negotiated structured payment arrangements based on affordability. I captured debit order authorisations accurately, maintained detailed records, and turned high-pressure objections into successful payment outcomes while meeting daily and monthly targets.

I’m also committed to communication and problem-solving beyond my role—working as a Community Literacy Tutor at Rhodes University where I taught reading, spelling, and pronunciation.
