At Coopers of Stortford, I supported day-to-day retail operations as a buyer, key holder, and customer service representative. I resolved enquiries, purchased and monitored stock, helped manage staff, and supported smooth store opening and closing.

My recruitment experience includes working as the sole internal recruiter for Forks & Reece across London and Southampton, as well as supporting candidates and clients at Tides Digital. I screened candidates, coordinated interviews, and built professional relationships throughout the recruitment process.

I'm currently travelling through Southeast Asia while preparing for a remote customer support or customer service opportunity where I can bring strong communication, problem-solving, sales, and customer relationship skills.
