In my current Purchasing Manager and Internal HR Support role, I lead and develop 16 direct reports across a 127-employee hospital Food & Nutrition Services operation. I use operational and financial data to improve performance and have delivered more than $85K in annual food cost savings while managing supplier relationships, sanitation, receiving, and regulatory standards.
Previously, I guided admissions candidates at Southern New Hampshire University, managed orientation processes and confidential records, and used CRM reporting to support data-driven decisions. I'm SHRM-CP certified and hold an M.S. in Human Resource Management.
