At CloudHesive (formerly Eplexity), I design and deliver ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and custom applications. I build integrations with third-party systems and own CMDB architecture, including CI classes, relationships, and reconciliation rules.
I also configure Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, and automate processes with Flow Designer. At Favor Delivery, I translated stakeholder requirements into ServiceNow designs and built catalog items and workflows; at Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E), I implemented service workflows and supported CMDB, Discovery, and ITAM asset records.
