At Smith, Brown & Terry, LLC, I wrote a repeatable construction audit procedure covering contracts, budgets, draws, pay applications, change orders and closeout. I also built the Audit University training app and manuals to teach new auditors the workflow.
I implement HR and payroll systems for client accounts at Ceridian by gathering requirements, configuring setups, creating test scenarios and supporting go-live. I also trained client users and provided helpdesk support.
