I’m a Property Claims Specialist and Technical Review Expert with over 7 years of experience in insurance claims, catastrophe adjusting, reconstruction, and mitigation. I focus on delivering accurate, efficient claim resolutions while ensuring compliance with carrier guidelines and industry best practices.

In technical review, I conduct quality assurance reviews of reconstruction, mitigation, and content estimates. I use Xactimate and Symbility to validate scopes and estimates, review benchmark reports for hail/roof/flood trade-specific data, and coordinate daily with contractors to clarify revisions and align with carrier expectations.

Across catastrophe and independent adjusting work, I analyze insurance policies and documentation to determine coverage and liability, collect and input claim data accurately, and build rebuild estimates in Symbility using AI-generated notes, measurements, and photos. I also complete SFI documentation for thorough file handling and compliance.

Beyond estimating and review, I manage claim documentation end-to-end, including litigation support by organizing litigation files, tracking costs per account, and maintaining communication with attorneys. I’m comfortable coordinating reconstruction projects, managing revisions, and supporting settlement by ensuring clear documentation, strong client communication, and dependable contractor/subcontractor workflows.
