At Think Construction, I prepare and submit construction estimates, gather supplier and contractor quotes, and manage estimating documents. I also maintain records and coordinate permits to keep projects compliant.
I manage daily operations for a fleet of 50 vehicles, including safety, availability, compliance, and accurate fleet records. I also coordinate notary services for project documents.
At Graystone Restoration, I directed daily operations across the Mitigation and Contents Divisions. I recruited and trained teams, coordinated crews, analyzed financial reports, and worked with insurance professionals on claim approvals and reimbursement.
Earlier, I prepared restoration estimates at WeScope and Master Restoration, and managed emergency and restoration claims at United Water Restoration-Tampa. At Paul Davis Restoration-Tampa, I supervised mitigation work; I also led Xactimate workshops and created trauma training guidelines at United Water Restoration-Tampa.
