What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in business, technology, leadership, customer service, recruitment, or community-focused work where I can take responsibility, support people, and continue developing practical skills.

I'm leading fundraising, volunteer recruitment, and campaign planning at Youth4Youth while founding Help4Homeless, a community initiative providing wellbeing packs and local outreach for people experiencing homelessness.

I've also handled customer enquiries, refunds, delivery issues, courier claims, and order processing at Sterzeal. Across charity, event, recruitment, and e-commerce work, I bring clear communication, responsible cash handling, public safety awareness, and practical web design skills.
