Established and led a new Business Intelligence department covering data engineering, BI development, and analytics, owning all business and regulatory reporting. Engineered a hybrid BI platform (MariaDB, S3, Redshift, AWS Glue, Lambda, Athena, Python, Power BI, QuickSight) to deliver actionable insights for online casino and sportsbook products.

Led and mentored three engineering teams (21 engineers) to develop and maintain the Smart Data Platform, driving migration of legacy warehouses to Snowflake and implementing real-time pipelines with Databricks and NiFi. Oversaw engineering support for Payments, Product Acquisition, Finance, and BI functions.

Led development and maintenance of a high-volume Data Vault 1.0 warehouse processing 20M+ daily transactions and integrated diverse sources including player transactions, affiliate platforms, CRM, sportsbook (Kambi), web traffic (Splunk), and real-time streams. Managed and mentored a team of 7 data engineers and delivered visualizations via Splunk, Tableau, and Microsoft Reporting Services.

Developed Microsoft BI multi-tenant Business Intelligence platforms and dashboards for iGaming clients, delivering reports and dashboards in Dundas BI and the Microsoft BI stack. Built SSAS models, SSRS reports and SSIS ETL packages to support client reporting needs.

Managed and maintained the BI platform focusing on data acquisition (SSIS), OLAP cube processing (SSAS), and report generation (SSRS), supporting mobile KPIs and operational statistics and contributing to a billing system migration. Delivered actionable operational reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Held dual roles as NAVISION MRP Project Manager and BI Developer, implementing Navision MRP for production planning, procurement, and stock simulation and leading a 20+ person team through SAP data/process migration. Developed a company-wide BI platform using SSAS/SSRS delivering 200+ reports.

Led a team of 10 managing IT infrastructure including SUN Solaris servers, Informix databases, Microsoft Exchange, and Windows NT environments to ensure stable national IT operations. Directed systems administration and infrastructure support across the organisation.

Implemented and administered the KSI ZUS large-scale public-sector computing system and provided training to government staff and management to support system adoption and operations. Managed system deployments and operational handover.

Completed a Master of Science in Software Engineering at the Technical University of Zielona Gora from 1994 to 2001.

Completed technical college studies in Geodesy at the Technical College of Geodesy from 1989 to 1994.
