I managed a five-person team and helped deliver programmes serving 300+ clients while contributing to projects generating AED 1M+ in revenue.

I reduce operational friction through organised schedules, travel logistics, budgets, reports, agreements and accurate documentation. Through supplier negotiations, I reduced selected event and venue costs by up to 50% and maintained a database of more than 5,000 contacts.

Previously, at UKVI Centre TLS Europe, I processed sensitive applications, personal documents and biometric information within a highly regulated UK government service environment. I supported operations across 10+ European centres, maintained 95%+ performance standards, and received two Best TEL Agent awards.
