I’m a results-driven, meticulously organized management professional with deep expertise in operational efficiency, information security, business strategy, and governance, risk and compliance. I lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget, with a strong focus on customer experience and relationship management.
As Chief Operating Officer (C-suite) at UNICCON Group of Companies (Dec., 2025 - Present), I translate the group’s strategic vision into operating road-maps and execution frameworks across all units. I develop and monitor the group-wide operating model, establish SOPs, and implement operational control systems to ensure performance, compliance, and quality assurance.
