I build commercially focused people solutions with WA Technology, overseeing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through performance, development, probation, and exits. I coordinate payroll and compensation/benefits administration, run workforce planning with hiring managers, and keep HR practices aligned with local employment legislation.
At Dark Side Management, I led the People function alongside business leadership—setting up performance management, succession planning, and talent development. I also designed employee engagement and recognition programmes, directed end-to-end recruitment across Digital Marketing, Product, Operations, and Commercial, and used workforce analytics to support organisational optimisation.
Earlier, I managed employment documentation and compliance at Luxoft Bulgaria and supported HR operations and strategic HR initiatives at Amazon in Germany. Before HR, I worked at the European Parliament in Brussels as a Political Advisor & Parliamentary Assistant, leading time-bound project teams and supporting legislative research and briefing work.
