I've built a Sofia talent hub from the ground up for Green Street, hiring 140 people in 12 months, including 105 engineering, product, GTM, and technical hires. I designed the recruitment strategy, high-volume hiring engine, employer brand, KPIs, and workflows while managing and upskilling a team of three.

Through InVisions, I lead end-to-end technology, engineering, product, and GTM hiring across EMEA, LATAM, North America, and India. I've managed global teams of up to 16 recruiters and partnered with senior and executive leaders on forecasting, budgeting, workforce planning, hiring priorities, employer branding, executive search, and TA transformation.

I'm also a counselling psychologist and life, career, and happiness coach, bringing a human-centered approach to leadership, team performance, communication, and organizational advisory. I build inclusive, predictable hiring systems supported by capacity models, recruitment marketing, candidate-experience standards, AI sourcing automation, and data-driven decision-making.
