What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote or international customer service opportunities where I can resolve client concerns, manage orders and account questions, build long-term relationships, and deliver reliable support in a fast-paced environment.

I manage client relationships at Tocheck Global General Merchandise, guiding building-materials customers from first inquiry through after-sales support. Over six months, I've supported eight completed contracts.

I handle order updates, delivery timelines, scope concerns, quotations, technical data sheets, cost breakdowns, invoices, and payment questions. I use Sage 50 and respond professionally through Instagram and WhatsApp.

Previously at Coevis World Nigeria Ltd, I handled front-line customer interactions and achieved 100% of assigned performance targets. I've also recruited, trained, and manage a team member as my client base grows.
