At Drylock Technologies, I reduced turnover from 94% to 23% across a 500+ employee, multi-site workforce, helping shift EBITDA from negative to approximately $26M annually. I led U.S. HR strategy across manufacturing operations, aligning workforce planning, compensation, leadership capability, and culture with production and growth targets.

I’ve also led multi-state HR for Veritas Steel’s private equity-owned, unionized manufacturing operations, supporting collective bargaining, grievances, arbitration, workforce analytics, and supervisor development. As an executive HR consultant at Patina Solutions, I advised leadership teams on organizational design, labor relations, workforce strategy, and HR systems optimization.

Earlier, I scaled a startup from zero to 150 employees in 12 months, supported acquisition integration, and built HR teams with zero voluntary turnover across five organizations. I operate as a business leader first, using HR to drive accountability, retention, and operational performance.
