What I'm looking for

I'm open to relocation and opportunities where I can partner with executive leadership to build scalable people strategies, improve organizational performance, strengthen employee experience, and lead HR operations across distributed workforces.

At PATLive, I lead people strategy and HR operations for a distributed workforce of up to 1,000 employees across 15 states. I partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, total rewards, compliance, and employee relations.

I've reduced employee turnover by 61%, healthcare expenditures by 40%, retirement plan costs by 82%, and time to proficiency by four months. I also led enterprise implementation of EOS to strengthen leadership accountability, performance measurement, and cross-functional execution.
