At Jaguar Land Rover, I design and deliver enterprise learning for Data, AI and project management capability. I manage the learning lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design through delivery and continuous improvement.
I’ve deployed foundational AI learning across the enterprise and designed pilot Data-focused executive learning using the 5Di framework. I’ve also developed Agile-aligned Product Owner and Scrum Master programmes to support project delivery capability.
Earlier, at TechTalent Academy, I delivered technical training in programming and cybersecurity and contributed to course materials. I also facilitated implementation of tailored global IT systems for business use across the UK and Europe as an Implementation Project Leader at TPG IS / TNT Worldwide.
