I'm leading learning experience at Evolved Automotive Learning, where I deliver global onboarding, continuous improvement, customer experience, certification, and product-launch programmes for automotive networks.
I've designed Volvo's global certification programme and its UK direct-to-consumer digital learning initiative, while developing programmes with Warwick University and Jaguar Land Rover that were later adopted by Toyota and Porsche. I combine LMS delivery, learning measurement, and AI-enabled design to improve engagement and performance.
Previously at British Car Auctions and Cinch, I shaped digital and blended learning for more than 20,000 internal and external learners, implemented group-wide learning systems across Europe, and partnered with Toyota, VW, and BMW on inventory-management training.
