I'm currently supporting Lowe’s installation and service customers remotely, answering questions, documenting project updates, coordinating follow-up, and escalating complex concerns to the right team.

Previously, at Faye Clark’s New Horizons, I coordinated APD Medicaid Waiver services for individuals with developmental disabilities. I worked with individuals, families, guardians, providers, and support coordinators to identify needs, explain options, maintain confidential records, and connect people to appropriate supports.

My Florida KidCare outreach experience strengthened my ability to guide families through health coverage information, enrollment questions, referrals, and community resources through inbound and outbound phone support.

Across 15+ years in direct care, customer service, outreach, and program coordination, I've brought patient listening, clear documentation, confidentiality, de-escalation-oriented communication, and dependable remote follow-through to sensitive situations.
