I’m looking for a customer service role where I can coordinate scheduling, document interactions, and solve problems quickly with empathy. I want a fast-paced team that values clear communication, reliability, and detail-focused support from start to finish.

I’m a dedicated, highly organized customer service professional with over 11 years supporting large-scale home improvement projects in both administrative and customer-facing roles. In my current Proactive Customer Recall Agent role (Morley Companies/General Motors), I make outbound recall calls, document interactions, and coordinate and schedule service appointments with authorized dealerships.

Previously, as a Customer Service Associate at Lowe’s Home Improvement, I coordinated installation projects for appliances, flooring, window treatments, fencing, and more. I served as a liaison between customers, contractors/installers, and store departments—scheduling installation dates, managing high-volume phone support, resolving issues with empathy and efficiency, and maintaining detailed documentation in company systems.

I’m known for being dependable and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
