I’m a motivated young professional driven to advance my career in Human Capital Development and Operational Management. As a Training & Operations Supervisor (Remote) at Culture Allegiance, I lead remote training for international interns across Human Resources and operations management, support onboarding with organizational workflows and professional standards, and train interns on employee data management, ERP navigation, and real-world business applications. Previously, as a Human Resources Specialist at TWYFORDTILE ZAMBIA LTD., I coordinated full-cycle recruitment, drafted and managed employment contracts and renewals (including contract attesting with the Zambian labor office), strengthened HR policies across departments, and supported performance management through KPI tracking and timely reviews.
