I'm seeking an operations or management role where I can lead teams, improve processes, drive sales growth, and implement training programs within a collaborative, results-driven organization.

I am an operations leader with experience in telemarketing, training, administration, and logistics. I have led teams of 70 sales agents and eight team leaders to improve performance and drive revenue.

I design and deliver training programs, streamline workflows, and manage budgets and vendor relationships to ensure efficient operations. As an Administrative Manager and Training Manager, I implemented quality assurance and sales verification systems that improved accuracy and customer satisfaction.
