Tinotenda Kunaka

I am a 29-year-old male with a Bachelor of Science in Informatics, majoring in Business Management. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in various IT roles, including support engineering, software analysis, and learning technology. I am highly skilled in IT troubleshooting, operating systems, organization, teamwork, networking, web development, communication, and problem-solving.

In my most recent role as a Support Engineer at EduCloud, I was the lead administrator responsible for the day-to-day support and modification of the educational platform. Prior to that, I worked as a Learning Technologist at Construct Education, where I developed and modified educational courses and resources on platforms such as Canvas, RISE, edX, Moodle, and Future Learn. As a Software Support Analyst at Construct Education, I provided day-to-day support and troubleshooting for the Canvas Education platform used by universities in the United States.

Before that, I served as a Desktop Support Engineer at Connect IT, where I supported over 50 users and handled network configuration and troubleshooting for exhibition events. Additionally, I gained experience as a Junior IT Support Technician at the Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission Distribution Company, providing support to over 60 users in various departments.
